The location is just in the center of downtown—5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the main shopping area, 5 minutes to Mandraki Port, and 10 minutes to Old Town. I loved this location. The breakfast was decent and something for everyone. The staff in the bar was amazing, especially the lady with long blonde hair (sorry, I do not remember the name) since she remembered my coffee preferences and always welcomed me with a big smile.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was great for shopping, dining, proximity to old town and historic sites, walking distance to nice beach and central bus station. Pool was clean.

The entire staff, from the maids to the restaurant workers, were very polite and upbeat. The receptionist gave us a free upgrade (from pool view to sea view) since the room we were given at first had a single bed instead of the two beds we initially requested. The breakfast had some vegan options such as vegan milk, oats, fruit, and on some days, grilled vegetables and potatoes. This is a good start but I hope the hotel expands their vegan menu in the future :) Our room was exceptionally clean and we got fresh bottles of water daily from the cleaning staff.

The location of the hotel is exactly in the center of Rhodes close to everything, very clean and the staff very polite and helpful to what we needed. Also very nice breakfast. Thank you for the amazing hospitality at your hotel. I would recommend it to friends and relatives.

Great hotel, ideally located close to shops, bars, restaurants, seafront and beach. Hotel is exceptionally clean and staff in all areas from reception right through to cleaners were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with hot and cold choices. Evening meal was a 3 course buffet style or an a la carte menu, again with plenty of choices. Bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and extremely competent, welcoming and remembering guests and some of their names or room numbers. Cleaning staff started work early, were never intrusive or noisy and cleaned continuously throughout the day until early evening. Pool area is a good size, clean and well served by a bar. Overall a clean, welcoming, spacious hotel in one of the best locations in town

Large comfortable room, excellent breakfast, perfect location and good price. It was important for us to have access to a swimming pool and the pool area was excellent (pool towels supplied by the hotel). The key thing - which isn't immediately obvious - is that, despite, the surrounding buildings, the pool gets sun all day.

Fully recommended! Well situated between Elli Beach and Rhodos old town. Multiple stores, restaurants, and places where you can have good time. The people working here are very friendly, helpful and make you feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and air conditioned. Every day the room was cleaned, towels changed, and we got (every day) one 1/2 bottle of water per person. Breakfast has a large variety of choices and everything was very good.

A truly exceptional hotel, where price actually meets all of your expectations and exceeds them. Rooms were great and well kept, the location of the hotel is really good. Food was of good quality and really great dishes. All staff were accomodating and really nice, our son caught a stomach bug on the last day, although the hotel was fully booked they managed to give us late check-out so he could rest before the flight, gestures like this really make your holiday more memorable. It's certainly not a luxurious hotel but I think even 5 star hotels could learn something from them. Thanks Best western plaza hotel.

They let us check in early, nice room with comfortable beds and a balcony and partial sea view. Very nice breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. Excellent location, excellent value.

The staff were very helpful when booking a room for a single nights stay and very pleasant on our arrival. We arrived late and had asked if some baguettes and drinks would be available bearing in mind our late arrival and had to be up early for a boat connection. 2 baguettes with salad trimmings mayo etc and crisps were left in our rooms, carefully wrapped in clingfilm. 2 bottles of mythos were in the room refrigerator (all paid for on arrival of course). After a long and delayed journey it was a very nice touch courtesy of the staff.
